Chad Quamme is a color guard and visual adjudicator and designer who has been an active instructor in drum corps, marching band, and winter guard for over twenty years and was a member of both the Blue Stars and Phantom Regiment drum and bugle corps. He designs for marching bands across Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, and Iowa, is the chief judge for the Wisconsin School Music Association, and adjudicates for Drum Corps International, Winter Guard International, and Bands of America.
