Don Deems

About

Don Deems is a color guard and general-effect adjudicator who has judged for Winter Guard International, Drum Corps Associates, and Drum Corps International since 2000, serving at DCI World Championships in General Effect and Color Guard captions. A performer with the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps and the Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard, he has instructed those organizations and regional high school programs, and has been chief judge of the Tri-State Judges Association. He holds a BA in Speech Communication from Miami University and an MEd in Secondary Education from Wright State University, and teaches English at Norwood High School in Cincinnati.
