George Boulden

About

George R. Boulden III was a brass/music adjudicator and Professor and Associate Director of Bands at the University of Kentucky (1995-2022), where he conducted the Wildcat Marching Band (1995-2008) and the Symphony Band. He adjudicated for Music for All/Bands of America, Drum Corps International, and Drum Corps Japan, serving in the Brass and Music Analysis captions at DCI World Championships, was named the 2011 KMEA College/University Teacher of the Year, and received the 2014 Phi Beta Mu Outstanding Bandmaster award. He passed away in 2022.
