Jeff Queen is a renowned percussionist, soloist, author, and adjudicator who was the DCI Individual & Ensemble Snare Drum Champion (1994, 1995) and PAS Individual Snare Drum Champion (1994, 1995). He marched the Canton Bluecoats, Velvet Knights, Santa Clara Vanguard, Blue Knights, and the University of North Texas, and was an original cast member, solo performer, and battery instructor of the Tony and Emmy Award-winning Broadway show BLAST! (1999-2003). He was percussion caption head for the Carolina Crown (2003-2004) and percussion arranger for the Colts (2007-2008), and a DCI judge from 2012 to 2018. He is the Percussion Coordinator at Carmel High School (Indiana) and on the percussion faculty at Butler University, and is the author of 'The Next Level.'
