Jeff Sterrett has worked in the pageantry activity for 20 years as an instructor and adjudicator. In 2006, he served as Color Guard Caption Head for the Blue Knights, and previously spent three seasons as Color Guard Coordinator for Pacific Crest. He also served as director of the Pacific Crest Winter Guard, which was twice named WGASC class champions and WGI World Championship Finalists. For the 2008 season, he was promoted to Program Coordinator at Pacific Crest.
