Tyler Dempsey

Tyler Dempsey is a percussion performer, writer, arranger, educator, and adjudicator with 25 years of teaching experience and an active DCI percussion judge. He holds a B.M. in Percussion Performance from San Jose State University (studying under Anthony J. Cirone) and a B.M. in Music Education, and was the 1996 PAS/PASIC Individual Snare Drum Champion. He marched the Colts, Bluecoats, and Santa Clara Vanguard, and has worked with the Phantom Regiment, Colts, Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets, the Division III champion Teal Sound, West Coast Sound, and Pioneer. He is an Innovative Percussion and Evans artist published by Tapspace.
