Tom Slaughter is a visual adjudicator with 43 years in the pageantry arts as a performer, designer, instructor, and judge for Drum Corps International, Winter Guard International, and various marching band circuits. A member of the Suncoast Sound drum and bugle corps, he designed and administered the visual program at Largo High School (Largo, FL) for 17 years, winning Florida class championships in 1998 and 2000, was Visual Caption Head and Staff Coordinator for the Teal Sound drum corps (2009-2011), and was on the Blue Stars visual staff in 2012. He has served as a Visual Analysis judge at DCI World Championships (including 2022 and 2025) and is a Florida Federation Color Guard Circuit Hall of Fame member.
