WL Whaley

About

W.L. Whaley is a music/general-effect adjudicator and clinician and the former Director of Bands at Pomona High School in Arvada, Colorado (1987-2007). He is Executive Director of AdvantEdge Tours/Dramart Productions and Chief Judge for the Colorado Bandmasters Association, and works as a clinician, consultant, designer, and adjudicator across the United States, including the General Effect and Music captions for Drum Corps International. He was inducted into the Colorado Bandmasters Association Hall of Fame (2004) and named Phi Beta Mu Kappa Chapter Most Outstanding Bandmaster (2007), and is a Conn-Selmer clinician.
